Hey guys! Today we will be reviewing a song that has been recently released, “Life By The Sea” by a famous Minecraft YouTuber, Tubbo. If you like this song (like me), hate this song (like LEADA1SY and my parents), or have a suggestion, please leave a comment down below to tell us!
First of all, the song has a catchy melody. Both Tubbo’s rap voice and singing voice go really well with the music. The music video is also very entertaining (the picture above is the thumbnail for the music video).
Second of all, the lyrics are very wholesome.
“Not about chasing clout
I'd rather gaze at clouds and feel the comfort”
For example, someone chasing clout means that someone is looking for attention or fame. Instead, Tubbo prefers “gazing at clouds and feeling the comfort”.
Plus, these lyrics are truer than ever.
“Teardrops, we've made friends between screens
And deep seas, steal hearts while teens scream our ears off”
For example, the friendship between Tubbo, Ranboo, and TommyInnit started online and moved to real life, as Ranboo flew to the UK to meet up with the other two.
And, the chorus:
“If I'm gonna be honest, I need a little space to breathe
And I'm living and loving my life by the sea
If I'm gonna be honest, I need a little bit o' the breeze
And I'm living and loving my life by the sea”
The most wholesome lyric of all. <3
