Should you buy the Iphone 12 or wait for the Iphone 13?

Hey Guys! My dad wanted to upgrade from his Iphone 7 to the 12 mini but I told him just wait for the 13. But in different scenarios, that is not the only answer. Today, I will help you decide the choice to switch to the Iphone 12 or wait for the 13.

Why does age matter?
The phone’s age determines how long updates will be serviced and how long Apple will offer repairs. If it’s older, it might not survive the test of time as long as the newer Iphones.

If you did not see your phone on this list, keep on reading. If your phone is newer and you think you need to buy a new one, don’t. Get the best out of your phone and save some money by using it till it is on the brim of breaking. (We will get to broken phones later).

If you have one of these phones, don’t worry about getting a new one now unless it is broken (we will get to that later). If you have an Iphone 12 and are already looking for the Iphone 13, it is a little early to look for one. Your phone is probably fine.
If your phone isn’t on either of these lists, it is probably very very old and needs an immediate upgrade. If you can hold onto it for 1 more month, that would be great so you can upgrade to 12 for cheaper or to get a new Iphone 13.
Cracked Screen and Dying Battery
If your phone has a bad battery and/or a cracked screen, it can make it uncomfortable and hard to use. There are 2 solutions: Get it repaired by Apple or get a new phone.
But why get it repaired by Apple?
Apple has better, approved screens and batteries while 3rd party stores offer cheaper services, but may not be the best.

If the phone is no longer enjoyable and literally everything is wrong with it like camera and sound and now it used to be a phone. Just get a new one ASAP. Do what you do. Not my phone.
Conclusion
In conclusion (from my opinion), I think it is good to hold onto your phone for as long as possible unless, well, what I said above. If your phone is on the brink of breaking and will literally snap when you pick it up, buy the Iphone 12 ASAP. If you need to upgrade but can hold onto your phone for 1 more month, wait for Iphone 13. Remember, this is coming from a person with an Iphone 6 while Lela has an Iphone 11 Pro.
