Whether to pour milk or cereal first is a long-running debate that ultimately comes down to personal opinion. There are heated arguments on both sides in this major debate. Cereal is distributed evenly and doesn't get soggy too fast, according to those who claim that cereal should be poured before milk. However, some people think that pouring milk before cereal improves control and keeps things from spilling. The decision ultimately boils down to personal taste. Still, I don't believe it makes sense to pour the milk in first; it's just not practical, and how are you supposed to know how much milk you need for your cereal? Enjoying your breakfast and getting your day started on a pleasant note is what counts most, regardless of whether you prefer milk or cereal first thing in the morning.
