Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade, 22, diagnosed with cancer

On August 27, 2021, the 22-year-old Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade posted a video, returning from his previous two-month hiatus. I only got to watch this on the 30th, and when I did, I was devastated.
Technoblade has been diagnosed with cancer.
In his most recent video, he reported that at the end of July, he had been feeling soreness in his arm. He suspected it was due to some sort of repetitive stress injury.
“Because you know, I’ve been playing video games since the age of like, five, pretty much nonstop. I was gonna get carpal tunnel at some point.”
But after a rest period of a few days, his arm didn’t seem to be feeling any better. Then one day, he noticed that his right shoulder had started to swell.
He suspected a broken bone, so he decided to check it out at the doctor’s.
“They ran a couple of scans, and they came back, and they told me that, uh, the reason that my arm hurts is because, uh, I have cancer.”
This news was crushing to his viewers (including me) in the comments of his YouTube video. They flooded the comment section with positive remarks.
Despite the heartbreaking news, like reinberri here says, Technoblade still manages to make us laugh.
“If you gotta cut off my arm, cut off my arm bro, do what you gotta do, I won’t complain man. I’ve won enough Minecraft tournaments, I’ll just play Minecraft with my feet from now on!”

Speaking of Dream, Technoblade’s friendly rival has promised to donate over $20,000 to cancer research.
