Russia now requires phones and other devices to have Russian software pre-installed

Russia made a new rule to have all devices, such as phones, computers, and TVs to have domestic software preinstalled on it. It’s intended to allow Russian software companies to compete with foreing ones. This allows Russian Citizens to be able to download Russian apps instead of forein apps while setting up their mobile phones, computers, TVs etc.
Pretty smart if you are going to stir up some competition.
