The first shipment of COVID-19 vaccines arrived in Canada at around 5:15 PM on November 11, 2021. This vaccine was approved by Health Canada on Friday, which I wrote about in an article the other day. The federal government immediately pledged to have a batch on Canadian soil 48 hours later. 2.9 million doses are expected by the end of this week, which should be enough to provide a first shot to every child in the newly approved age range.
