1. Solanum Ovigerum
This plant is also known by the name of white-egg plant. It looks like eggs are sprouting from the branches, but don’t be fooled, this is actually a species of aubergine!
2. Lithops
At first glance, these might look like rocks. What if I told you… they’re plants? Yep, these are succulents, and their name literally comes from two greek words, which mean “stone” and “appearance”.
3. Rafflesia Arnoldii
This plant is the biggest flower in the world, and it’s also known as the corpse plant for its really unpleasant smell. The flower feeds on branches for several years before it blooms.
4. Impatiens Bequaertii
This species of flower is considered to be one of the rarest species on earth. Its most recognizable characteristic is its appearance: it looks like a young dancer.
5. Psychotria Elata
This flower is also known as the Hot Kiss or the Hooker’s Lips plant, precisely because it resembles very fleshy, red, female lips. Unfortunately, it’s at risk of extinction.
6. Black Bat Flower
These flowers are black, and they have whiskers like a bat. These whiskers can grow up to 28 inches!
