All About The Parthenon 

The Parthenon is the most known symbol of Ancient Greece, Athenian democracy and Western civilization. The Parthenon is a temple built on the Acropolis of Athens between 447 and 438 BC, and dedicated to the goddess Athena. In the Ancient Greek religion, Athena was the daughter of Zeus and the goddess of wisdom, warfare and handicraft. I have been to the Parthenon several times as my father is Greek, so please enjoy the photos we took together in this amazing place on Earth!
